Deer Guard® may be applied to non-bearing plants such as flowers, ornamental plantings, trees and shrubs during the growing season when temperatures range from 40° to 90° Fahrenheit. Do not apply Deer Guard® to vegetables, fruits, or any plant that may be eaten… the bitter taste will make them inedible.
